Laura has built her career building tools and services for storytellers and creative people. Having found her way to product management she feels it suits her naturally curious personality and her love of solving problems puzzles. She is a frequent mentor and advocate for women in tech. 

Currently, Laura is Director of Product Innovation at Netflix, leading a team focused on building products and services to help Netflix create and deliver content that entertains the world. She has previously worked at Adobe, Twitch and Tableau.
